Analyzed District Health Centers' clerical operations. Analyzed workflows and paperflows in five centers. Interviewed clerks, supervisors, and care providers to assess support quality. Observed records room operations with regard to patient charts. Made recommendations for improvements to current work methods, potential automation and appropriate clerical staffing levels.

Developed replacement values for tax and audit files following the fire at One Meridien Plaza in February 1991 which destroyed Deloitte & Touche's records. Made recommendations for filing equipment, secure space, off-site storage, and computer assisted file tracking. Demonstrated potential legal exposure and developed foundation for records management program.
Ohio Police & Firemen's Disability and Pension Fund, Columbus, OH
Reviewed and analyzed records management requirements for state pension fund. Prepared comprehensive RFP for consultant services which identified five project phases and provided scope of work and expected work product for each phase. Acted as owner's representative to aid with consultant selection. Developed equipment alternatives and layouts for records center move.
